Class 1 Registered Architect (PRC), State registered urban planner, Member of Architectural society of China (ASC), Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), deputy director of Hunan Province Architect Association.

Professor Zeng has undertaken the planning and architectural engineering of over 30 large and mediumscale projects such as Hunan Xiandai Mansion, Hunan Finance and Trust Mansion, Office Building of Hunan Environmental Protection Authority, CS Soft Park, Xiangjiang 1# Building, Changsha Guozhong New Town, etc.. He has made systematic special studies on the large urban comprehensive development projects, architectural engineering of modern highrise buildings, new mobile telecommunication buildings, planning and architectural engineering of hightech zone, modern office buildings, hotels and educational building, building decoration works, human settlement environment planning and housing innovative design based on the ecological and climatic conditions with outstanding social and  economic benefits through the application of the advanced design philosophy to specific engineering designs.

The third prize of Hunan Province Excellent Engineering Design in 2006;
