On Dec. 30, 2016, Ministry of Housing and UrbanRural Development announces the eighth list of “National Engineering Survey and Design Masters”. CINF Executive Director Liao Jiangnan is awarded with the title.

“National Engineering Survey and Design Master” is a national honorary title of China engineering survey and design industry. According to Selection and Management Approaches on National Engineering Survey and Design Master (Jianzhi Letter No.[2015]282), totally 69 experts are awarded with the title of National Engineering Survey and Design Master through application, preliminary selection, comprehensive selection, public announcement and approval by ministerial executive meeting.
