The project is located in Yangchun Industrial Park, Jiang'an County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. Through improvements in continuous synthesis technology, it has for the first time applied China's largest synthesis reactor and drying-acidification rotary kiln, solving the challenges of non-magnetization, single-crystal formation, and homogenization in precursor material synthesis, achieving excellent results in product performance.
The project is located in Meishan High-tech Industrial Park, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 720 Mu (approximately 48 hectares). It will be constructed in two phases: the first phase with 40,000 tons/year of ternary precursor production capacity, and the second phase with 110,000 tons/year of ternary precursor production capacity.
The project uses nickel-cobalt-molybdenum-vanadium alloy powder, nickel sulfide-cobalt, nickel carbonate miscellaneous materials, cobalt hydroxide, and nickel-cobalt hydroxide as raw materials. It adopts advanced processes including pressure leaching (atmospheric leaching) - purification - extraction - ternary synthesis (evaporation crystallization) to produce ternary precursors, nickel sulfate crystals, and cobalt sulfate crystals.
Additionally, the project employs resin adsorption - desorption - precipitation - calcination processes to comprehensively recover valuable metals such as molybdenum and vanadium from nickel-cobalt-molybdenum-vanadium alloy powder.
The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. The production scale includes annual processing of 200,000 tons of retired automotive power batteries and 21,440 tons of waste lithium iron phosphate battery electrode sheets. The project content covers echelon utilization, battery disassembly lines, as well as nickel, cobalt, manganese and lithium recovery production lines.
