This invention discloses a slurry discharge pipeline for Zn and Ni hydrometallurgical reactor, incl. discharge pipe, relief valve, cooling and pressurerelief tank. The relief valve is installed on the discharge pipe, the slurry from the reactor is decompressed through the relief valve on the discharge pipe before goes to the cooling and pressurerelief tank. Stop valve and Vtype ball valve are installed on the discharge pipe with check valve installed in the front and back of the Vtype ball valve, the outlet of which is installed the perforated plate. The design of the Vtype ball valve has solved the problem of flow control during the cooling and decompression of the hightemperature, highpressure and highly corrosive slurry leached from the reactor. The perforated plate at the outlet of the Vtype ball valve acts as the diversion, pressurerelief and atomizing unit to reduce the fluid erosion to the valve and extend the service life of the valve, while the stop valve can avoid the high level in the cooling and pressurerelief tank, the check valve can ensure easy maintenance of the Vtype ball valve.
