This invention disclose a sticky or wet material feeder, incl. cone shell with inlet on the top and outlet in the bottom and raking unit and power drive for the raking system installed inside the shell. The sticky and wet materials on the shell inner wall can be scraped off by the scraping rake teeth working in planar circular motion around the agitating shaft and then are fallen down to the bottom of the shell before dispersed by the stirring rake teeth in the bottom of the agitating shaft to ensure continuous and even feeding of the sticky and wet material and solve the problem of blocking, wall adhering and unfree discharge in the traditional feeder.
