The project "Detailed Engineering Geological Survey of Belt Veranda and Wharf Storage Yard of Boffa Bauxite Development Project in Guinea" completed in 2018 includes yard and belt gallery (about 25km in length), with a total area of 162.89 hm2 . The survey provides accurate and reliable basic data such as hydrology, geotechnical and so on. Detailed analysis and suggestions are made to adopt different foundation forms according to different sections, which plays an important role in shortening the construction period and reducing investment.
Investigation of Longhuai Mud Drainage Reservoir of Guangxi Huayin Aluminum Co., Ltd.
The "Investigation of Longhuai Mud Drainage Reservoir of Guangxi Huayin Aluminum Co., Ltd." completed in 2015 won the second prize of Excellent Engineering Investigation Achievements of China Nonferrous Metals Construction Association in 2019. The newly-built Longhuai mud discharge reservoir belongs to the third-class reservoir, with five outer dams and one inner dam. Through various geophysical prospecting and drilling verification, combined with the understanding of karst development law in karst investigation, this project comprehensively finds out the karst characteristics of the site. Longhuai mud discharge reservoir runs safely and well.
Detailed Survey of Engineering Geology Section 2 of Electrolytic Aluminum Capacity Transfer and Technology Upgrading Project of Chinalco Guizhou Branch
In 2017, "Detailed Survey of Engineering Geology Section 2 of Electrolytic Aluminum Capacity Transfer and Technology Upgrading Project of Chinalco Guizhou Branch" won the second prize of engineering survey results of non-ferrous metal construction industry in 2020. The project includes eight workshops, in which geophysical prospecting is used to determine the karst development area, and then drilling is used to find out the karst development position, so as to quickly and reasonably determine the stratum bearing capacity and building foundation type, and ensure that the foundation is located on a stable rock stratum. After the completion of electrolytic aluminum plant, the building is in good service condition.
Civil Building Survey of Jinxing Jiayuan Geotechnical Engineering Survey Project
The "Jinxing Jiayuan Geotechnical Engineering Survey" project completed in 2018 includes five high-rise buildings. The survey work is carried out by combining drilling, in-situ test and indoor test, and the survey report with reliable data is provided. After completion, the buildings are in good service condition.
Curtain works
The project of "Section IV of Reservoir Protection Project of Datengxia Water Control Project" undertaken by the Company, Anti-seepage curtain (divided into east and west curtains) is the longest mine curtain under construction in China with the largest investment. Since 2016, the Company has provided a complete set of services including survey and design, grouting test and technical consultation. At present, the east curtain has been successfully implemented and the water shutoff effect is remarkable.
Mining under pressure
In 2008, "Research on Water Prevention and Control in Underground Mining of Lindai Bauxite Mine in Guizhou" won the third prize of science and technology in China's nonferrous metal industry. Many accidents of water inrush, mud inrush and well flooding occurred in the production process of the mine, which caused the mine depth extension to stagnate. After carrying out supplementary hydrological investigation, our company put forward the scheme of "surface + underground joint prevention and control", which successfully solved the hydrogeological problems affecting the development of deep resources. At present, the mine project has been successfully developed to the lowest production elevation.
Drainage project
(1)In 2015, "Research on Karst Groundwater System and Prevention Water of Laohudong Phosphate Mine in Weng'an County, Guizhou Province" won the first prize of engineering survey results in non-ferrous metal construction industry. The mine has large reserves and high grade, but the problem of water inrush and flooding seriously restricts mine development. The company provides technical support for mine mining through the mode of "survey + design + water prevention research", and the mine has entered the construction stage at present. ⑵ "Evaluation of Hydrogeological Conditions of Duancun-Leigou Bauxite Mine and Research on Water Prevention and Control Technology in Production Stage" completed in 2017 won the second prize of Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievements of China Nonferrous Metals Construction Association. Through the research on the change law of groundwater flow field in recent years, the project team has constructed a groundwater numerical model with higher simulation degree, and simulated the characteristics of groundwater flow field in different mining conditions and periods, which is of great significance for guiding the water prevention and control work in various production stages of mines.

In the sampling design project of ore processing performance test of copper polymetallic ore in the middle reaches of Laling Zaohuo, according to the division of component interval, frequency and frequency statistics of mineralization zone in mining area, the designed sampling points and grades are selected in low, medium and high schools, and the proportion of sampling points basically conforms to the frequency distribution. Considering the representativeness of the main components Cu, Mo and Au, 19 sampling points were arranged, of which 17 were taken in the borehole core during the general survey and detailed investigation, and 2 were taken in the mining pit CK1. The sampling points are distributed in different exploration lines and different depth positions, which can well meet the representativeness of spatial distribution of ore samples. Compared with the average grade of mineralized zone, the average grade of Cu and Mo decreased by 8.86% and 6.46% respectively. According to experience, the permissible relative error of general nonferrous metal deposits is-15% ~ +15%, and the effect of-15% ~ 0 is the best. Both Cu and Mo are within the optimum range of sample grade fluctuation. After the sampling design was implemented, representative test samples were provided for the ore processing performance test of copper polymetallic ore in the middle reaches of Laling Zaohuo, which met the test needs.
