CINF is one of the earliest companies to design highrise buildings in Hunan. Highrise and super highrise building design is our traditional advantageous items. With the rapid development of communication and technology, we comply with the demand on market development. 2) Hotel building design
CINF’s hotel architectural engineering covers the city hotel, resort hotel, hot spring hotel, etc. We comply with the demand of the market and have formed a series of design ideas and method of our own style. The representative projects are: Huatian Hotel, Xiaoxiang Huatian Hotel, Zidongge Huatian Hotel, Xiamen Yuehua Hotel, Fujian Hengfeng Hotel, Guilin Longsheng Hot Spring Hotel, Sanya Nantian Hot Spring Hotel, etc.

3) Communication building design
Since the end of 1990s, CINF has undertaken the conceptual engineering design of communication buildings in Changsha, Zhangjiajie, Xiangtan, Shaoyang, Yueyang, Xiangxi, etc. All have been implemented. We have explored a creative path of combining new communication technology and modern enterprise culture.

4) Planning design of the hightech park
Guided by China’s new type industrialization policy, CINF has been involved in the construction plan and research on hightech parks. CINF has made studies of the development history from Silicon Valley to Zhongguancun Science Park and won recognition from government departments and owners with the novel creativity and complete design. CINF has successively undertaken the plan and design on Yanghu Hightech Park in Changsha forerunner zone, Zhongke Software Park in Lu Valley, Science and Technology Research Institute of CHINALCO, Center Park of Longping Hightech, Hunan Nonferrous Central Research Institute, Industrial Park of CIE, etc.

5) Research on modern office building design
CINF’s architecture concept is taking advantage of the generalized ecological architecture technology and improving the quality of modern office environment.

6) Design and research on culture and education architecture
CINF tries to design modern campus by stressing on the campus environment, architectural style and space. CINF’s typical performance includes: the public teaching building of Hunan University of Technology, the library, teaching building and remote education center of Hunan Radio and TV University, the engineering building of Hunan Agricultural University, the science and education lab building of Changsha University of Science and Technology, National University of Defense Technology, etc.

7) Design on Stadium
CINF has been successively undertaking the design on several large stadiums. The typical projects in recent years are: the golf club of Isle of Palms in Huizhou, Guangdong province, Yiyang diving hall in Hunan province (designed in 2004, accommodating 5,000 persons), the sports stadium of Hunan Biological and Electromechanical Polytechnic (designed in 2009, accommodating 3,000 persons), the sports stadium of Hunan International Business Vocational College (designed in 2012, accommodating 3,000 persons), the sports stadium of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine (designed in 2008), etc.

8) Engineering of human settlement based on ecoclimate conditions
CINF has conducted the integrated engineering design of human settlement in respect of planning, architecture and landscape, based on ecoclimatology theory. According to the climate characteristics, CINF innovates the design of the entire allocation of the dwelling district and houses with energysaving technology to improve the quality of the human settlement.

9) Municipal engineering
CINF has been involved in the engineering design and construction of Changsha Station of Wuguang Highspeed Rail, landscape of Changsha road, passenger transport center of Xiang River, cableway of Tianmen mountain in Zhangjiajie scenic spot, Tianjiling cableway of Hunan Botanic Garden, sightseeing elevator of Zhangjiajie scenic spot, rivercrossing cableway in Chongqing, Zhuzhou water treatment plant, etc.
