① Chengnan (Langli) Sewage Treatment Plant of Changsha Economy and Technology Development Zone
The project is located in the city of Changsha, Hunan Province. The throughput is 0.14 million m3/d and it adopts the upgraded Carrousel oxidation ditch process. The project passed the final acceptance of the overall works in 2012. The plant outlet water reaches the standard and the plant runs stably and securely.
② Yongzhou Xiahexian Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase I)
The project is located in the city of Yongzhou, Hunan Province. The treatment capacity is 0.2 million m3/d and it adopts the upgraded A2O process. The project passed the final inspection and acceptance in 2010. The outlet water reaches the standards and the plant runs stably and securely.
③ Heavy metalcontaining sewage treatment project of Gansu Baohui Industry Group Co.
The project is located in the city of Longnan, Gansu. The water throughput is 2,620m3/d and it adopts the sediment reflux process to precipitate gypsum, slowrelease sulfide method to recover valuable metals and membrane treatment process to treat sewage further. The outlet water reaches the designed standard and the system runs stably. In the process slowrelease sulfide for valuable metals recovery , the filterpressed mud is directly recovered for smelter burdening.
④ Copper recovery by 10,000m3/d copperbearing waste acid water sulfidization of Zijinshan Goldcopper mine.
The project is located in Shanghang Town, Fujian Province. The water throughput is 10,000m3/d, hydroxide and sulfide precipitation process is applied to recover valuable metals . The project can recover 1,095t/a copper, 1,825t/a iron and save 2.92 million m3/a water resource.
⑤ Industrial waste water treatment project of Zhangjiajie Maoyuan Chemical Industry Co.
The project is located in Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province. The water throughput is 1,000m3/d and it adopts the process of flocculation setting basin, UFB system, electrocoagulation, A/O system and activated carbon filtration (which is patented, No. ZL201010281679.8).
