The project is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It aims to construct a crude nickel hydroxide cobalt refining unit and a high-purity nickel electrolytic deposition unit with an 50,000 TPA of high-purity nickel, 200,000 tons of precursor and positive electrode material by-products as sponge copper, and intermediate products as battery grade nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, manganese sulfate, etc.
Guangxi Huayou New Materials Co.. Ltd, Annual Production of 50,000 Tons of High Purity Nickel Products Project
The project uses high nickel MATTLE and nickel intermediate products as raw materials, and adopts the process of atmospheric pressure leaching, high-pressure oxygen leaching, extraction, electro deposition, and anodic liquid nickel acid dissolution. The annual production of high-purity electro deposited nickel is 50000 tons. The proiect operate in May 2023.

Project construction location: European Manganese Industry, Hvaletice Town, Pardubice Oblast, Czech Republic; Construction scale: annual output of 47,500 tons of high-purity selenium-free electrolytic manganese metal; Project features: The manganese content of raw materials is only 7.08%, and the soluble manganese rate is low. Jiaman New Energy Co., Ltd. High Matte Nickel Project
The Jiaman project is located in Maluku Province, Indonesia. The construction scale is to produce 40,000 tons of high nickel matte per year. It uses oxygen-enriched side-blowing smelting to process laterite nickel ore, and produces low nickel matte through reduction and sulfidation. Low nickel matte is treated by multi-gun top blowing furnace, and high nickel matte products containing 70% nickel are produced. This project is the world's first multi-gun top-blowing furnace to blow low nickel matte into high nickel matte, and will be put into production in April 2025.
EPC-based Anode Slime Pre-processing Project for Technical Upgrading of Gold and Copper Comprehensive Recovery Operation under Hunan Shui Kouhan Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,Ltd.
The project construction was started in June 2016 and was completed in 2017. It has an important demonstration and benchmarking effect on the comprehensive design and implementation of copper smelting projects. Innovation and optimization of process design: The integrate process of hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgy is applied to process high-value anode slime rich in precious metals such as gold and silver with the capacity of 800t/a. The anode slime is filtered by a filter press. The filter residue is naturally oxidized before 2- stage concentrated sulfuric acid slurring and then sent to calcinations operation. The selenium dioxide in the off-gas is reduced by sulfur dioxide to produce crude selenium. The calcine is hot dipped . And active copper powder and copper wire is used for replacing silver in leachate. The products include crude selenium powder, crude silver powder, pretreatment slag and valuable metals such as gold, silver and selenium are effectively recovered.
