The project is the first metal mine to adopt the longwall comprehensive mechanized mining technology. It has formed a production capacity of 3,000 t/d bauxite by “one shaft，one face and one set” of integrated mining equipment. It successfully solved problems and technological difficulties of roof corrosion development, water filling, safety, high-efficiency and low dilution loss of unstable and gentle-inclined thin-medium thick difficult-mining ore body, which adds a new mining technique for metal mining.
