The project processes and recovers various smelted slag and dust containing valuable metals such as Cu, Pb and precious metals such as Bi, Au and Ag to produce electrolytic Pb and Cu, refined Bi, Au and Ag, etc. The design throughput is 220kt/a industrial waste. The main products are 50kt/a electrolytic Pb, 20kt/a electrolytic Cu, 1,000t/a refined Bi and Au, Ag, sulfuric acid, etc.
The Pbbearing materials smelting is based on the highefficiency, energysaving, environmentalfriendly and pollutionfree Pb smelting technology developed by CINF. It is a direct Pb smelting process by twostage oxygenenriched sideblown bath smelting to produce crude Pb. Then the crude Pb will be refined and electrolyzed into electrolysis Pb; the matte residue will be blown into crude Cu by converter and then the crude Cu will be refined and electrolyzed into electrolysis Cu; the Bi residue is smelted by small side furnace into Bi concentrates; the Agbearing materials and anode mud from Pb and Cu smelting are refined into Au and electrolysis Ag through pyrometallurgical process and electrolysis.
