The project adopts the technology of oxygenenriched sideblown smelting to process lead and zinc residue materials and the hotair oxygenenriched blast furnace to process Cubearing residue. The main production system includes the PbZn recovery system, Cu recovery system, Cd recovery system, GaGeIn recovery system, precious metals recovery system and building materials system. The residue produced from other process can be utilized one another or returned to oxygenenriched sideblown furnace and fuming furnace blowing area. Finally, the harmless waterquenched slag produced from fuming furnace enters into the building material system for producing environmentallyfriendly bricks. Under reasonable technical and economical conditions, all kinds of valuable metals have been recovered efficiently and the harmless sludge disposal and recycling have also been realized.

The traditional pyro smelting—electrolytic refining process is applied to recover Au and Ag, and then recover Pt group metals from anode slime of electrolytic Au.
The project has treated up to 25 kinds of materials, incl. various smelted slag, dust, sludge to recover metals such as Pb, Zn, Cu, Bi, Au, Ag, Ga, Ge, Te, Si, Ti, Ni, Sn, Cd, etc..
