The project applies the conventional hydrometallurgical process for zinc smelting. The main process covers the zinc concentrate roasting, leaching, purification, electrowinning, casting, etc. The leached residue is treated in volatization kiln to recover zinc, lead and indium. The project was put into production in 2007.
