The project is located in the industrial park of Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is based on the domestic leading process of roasting by internalheated gas rotary kiln to roast concentrates into molybdenum calcine. The Mo recovery reached 98.0%. The ammonium molybdenum can be processed into ammonium molybdate by alkaline leaching and ion exchange method. CINF’s design has solved the problem on the excessive emissions of NH4+ and NO3 ions to greatly improve the working environment.
