The project is located in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. The process of enrichedoxygen sideblown oxidation smelting + enrichedoxygen sideblown reduction smelting (CSCCPb) is applied to process higharsenic polymetallic materials. The project was put into production in June, 2014 with qualified lead bullion produced.
The enrichedoxygen sideblown process was developed by CINF. There are two enrichedoxygen sideblown furnaces and one fuming furnace to process the arsenicbearing leadtin mud, higharsenic and highantimony polymetallic dust and higharsenic copperzinc polymetallic materials to recover many elements, such as Pb, Zn, Cu, Gd, Im, Ti, Sb, Bi, Au, Ag, etc. Various design indexes have achieved or surpassed domestic leading level.
