It was put into production in July 2022, the second phase project is basically the same as the first phase process. The raw materials are roasted by sulfate roasting method and tunnel kiln. The roasted clinker is leached and washed against the current to obtain lithium-containing brine, and then battery-grade lithium carbonate is obtained after a series of processes such as impurity removal, purification, evaporation, resin calcium and magnesium removal and lithium precipitation. After the project was put into production, the overall production capacity of Jiangxi Yongxing Special Steel New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. exceeded 30,000 t/a lithium carbonate.
