Toromocho Copper Mine in Peru
Toromocho Copper Mine is located in the central part of Peru, with an elevation of 4500~5000m. It is a super-large porphyry copper mine with extremely complex ore properties, open pit mining, SABC + flotation process, the production capacity of 170kt/d. It is the first world-class copper mine built overseas by China. The project has become a model of "social respect, employee pride, excellent benefits and environmental friendliness" in Peru, creating a successful typical case of China's overseas investment.

Drainage Project of Sanmenxia Mine Duancun-Leigou Bauxite Mining Project of Chinalco
The "Drainage Project of Sanmenxia Mine Duancun-Leigou Bauxite Mining Project of Chinalco" completed in 2013 won the high-quality project of China Nonferrous Metals Industry (ministerial level) in 2016-2017. The project includes the investigation and construction of 14 drainage wells, with a hole diameter of 425mm and a maximum hole depth of 440m, which is difficult to drill and requires high pumping test and equipment. After the drainage well was put into use, the water level of limestone karst aquifer dropped greatly, which ensured the safe development of mine infrastructure shafts and roadways, and also solved the water use problem of mines and local villagers.
Investigation of Ecological Restoration Project of Deserted Mines in Shiqi River Basin
The project "Investigation of Ecological Restoration Project of Deserted Mines in Shiqi River Basin" completed in 2019 includes waste residue yards in four regions, with a total area of about 18.48 hm. This project involves many areas and a wide area, and the stacking of waste residue is irregular, which makes it difficult to explore. With many years' experience in similar projects, the company has found out the law of waste residue accumulation by comprehensive investigation and analysis by various means.
Detailed Engineering Geological Survey of Belt Veranda and Wharf Storage Yard of Boffa Bauxite Development Project in Guinea
The project "Detailed Engineering Geological Survey of Belt Veranda and Wharf Storage Yard of Boffa Bauxite Development Project in Guinea" completed in 2018 includes yard and belt gallery (about 25km in length), with a total area of 162.89 hm2 . The survey provides accurate and reliable basic data such as hydrology, geotechnical and so on. Detailed analysis and suggestions are made to adopt different foundation forms according to different sections, which plays an important role in shortening the construction period and reducing investment.
Investigation of Longhuai Mud Drainage Reservoir of Guangxi Huayin Aluminum Co., Ltd.
The "Investigation of Longhuai Mud Drainage Reservoir of Guangxi Huayin Aluminum Co., Ltd." completed in 2015 won the second prize of Excellent Engineering Investigation Achievements of China Nonferrous Metals Construction Association in 2019. The newly-built Longhuai mud discharge reservoir belongs to the third-class reservoir, with five outer dams and one inner dam. Through various geophysical prospecting and drilling verification, combined with the understanding of karst development law in karst investigation, this project comprehensively finds out the karst characteristics of the site. Longhuai mud discharge reservoir runs safely and well.
Detailed Survey of Engineering Geology Section 2 of Electrolytic Aluminum Capacity Transfer and Technology Upgrading Project of Chinalco Guizhou Branch
In 2017, "Detailed Survey of Engineering Geology Section 2 of Electrolytic Aluminum Capacity Transfer and Technology Upgrading Project of Chinalco Guizhou Branch" won the second prize of engineering survey results of non-ferrous metal construction industry in 2020. The project includes eight workshops, in which geophysical prospecting is used to determine the karst development area, and then drilling is used to find out the karst development position, so as to quickly and reasonably determine the stratum bearing capacity and building foundation type, and ensure that the foundation is located on a stable rock stratum. After the completion of electrolytic aluminum plant, the building is in good service condition.
