Project (Phase I) of Songtao Mn Series Product Downstream Processing and Accessory Facilities
Located in Songtao County, Guizhou Province, The project design capacity is 160,000 tons/a EMM, supporting 300,000 tons/a sulfuric acid and waste heat power generation. The project design capacity is 80,000tpa (Phase I) EMM, with accessory facility of 300,000tpa sulfuric acid and after-heat power generation. The design is the first to apply the processes of pulverization by vertical mill, large-tank continuous leaching, on-line residue washing with large pressure filter and large cathode electrowinning. The project was put into operation in Oct., 2013. CINF is awarded with ministerial-level first prize for Excellent Engineering and Consultation Achievements.
8.Project of 30,000t/a High-purity Low-Se Cathode Mn Metal Production Line and 20,000t/a Hg-free Alkali Mn-type Cathode Mn Dioxide Production Line of Guangxi Huiyuan Manganese Industry Co., Ltd.
Located in Laibing City, Guangxi Province, the project is based on the main process of Mn sulfate leach solution preparation just by one-stage reaction of two raw materials with design capacity of 30,000t/a high-purity low-Se EMM and 20,000t/a Hg-free alkali Mn-type cathode Mn dioxide. The project was commissioned and put into operation successfully in Dec., 2006 with the main production indicators all up to the design indicators. The overall equipment and technology are up to the China advanced and world advanced level. CINF is awarded with Ministerial-level first prize for Excellent Engineering.
Off-site renovation project of the 4,000t/a cobalt (Phase I) production Line of Jiangxi Jiangwu Cobalt Industry Co., Ltd.
The project was put into operation in 2009 to produce Co series products like cobalt oxide and by-produce nickel sulfate and cathode copper from Cu-Co ROM ore, Cu and Co alloy and crude cobalt carbonate by the advanced process of pretreatment-leaching-purification-W extraction.
Zhejiang Weiming Shengoing 50,000 TPA of High Purity Electrodeposited Nickel and 200,000 TPA and Positive Electrode Materials Project
The project is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It aims to construct a crude nickel hydroxide cobalt refining unit and a high-purity nickel electrolytic deposition unit with an 50,000 TPA of high-purity nickel, 200,000 tons of precursor and positive electrode material by-products as sponge copper, and intermediate products as battery grade nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, manganese sulfate, etc.
Guangxi Huayou New Materials Co.. Ltd, Annual Production of 50,000 Tons of High Purity Nickel Products Project
The project uses high nickel MATTLE and nickel intermediate products as raw materials, and adopts the process of atmospheric pressure leaching, high-pressure oxygen leaching, extraction, electro deposition, and anodic liquid nickel acid dissolution. The annual production of high-purity electro deposited nickel is 50000 tons. The proiect operate in May 2023.

The world's largest single series oxygen pressure leaching zinc smelting production line, with a construction scale of 300kt/a single series electric zinc, adopts ,The various technical and economic indicators are at the international leading level. Successfully put into production in November 2023.
The Southwest Copper Industry of China Copper Relocation Project
Located in Anning County, Yunnan Province, the project adopts the oxygen enriched side and top blowing smelting process, with an anode copper production capacity of 350000 tons and cathode copper production capacity of 550000 tons.collocating 1,200,000 tons of sulfuric acid, in which the patented partial pre-conversion technology and low-temp. heat recovery technology was adopted.,CINF is responsible for the engineering design of the project and Partial project EPC.
Guangxinanguo Copper Industry 400.000tpa Side and Top Blowing Continuous Smelting Project
The world's largest oxygen enriched side and top blowing furnace continuous copper refining project, with a single line copper production capacity of 400000 tons, a designed oxygen enriched side blowing furnace bed area of 70 square meters, and a multi gun top blowing furnace area of 120 square meters. Its various technical indicators are world leading.
