The project produces 10,000 t/a of lithium carbonate on a large scale. Lithium-rich brine is produced from Baqiancuo Salt Lake brine, and lithium carbonate products are produced by the process route of impurity removal + preconcentration + evaporation concentration + lithium precipitation, which is planned to be put into production in 2023. The lithium concentration of salt lake brine in the project is 0.39 g/L, the ratio of magnesium to lithium is 7, and the ratio of sodium to lithium is 6. After impurity removal and preconcentration, the lithium concentration of lithium-rich brine is 13 g/L, and then the qualified lithium carbonate product is obtained by evaporation and concentration, lithium precipitation with sodium carbonate, washing and drying.
