Yibin Guangyuan Lithium Battery Materials Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 20,000 Tons of Lithium Battery Ternary Cathode Material Precursor Project
The project is located in Yangchun Industrial Park, Jiang'an County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. Through improvements in continuous synthesis technology, it has for the first time applied China's largest synthesis reactor and drying-acidification rotary kiln, solving the challenges of non-magnetization, single-crystal formation, and homogenization in precursor material synthesis, achieving excellent results in product performance.
12.Sichuan Shunying Power Battery Materials Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 150,000 Tons of Lithium Battery Ternary Cathode Material Precursor Project
The project is located in Meishan High-tech Industrial Park, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 720 Mu (approximately 48 hectares). It will be constructed in two phases: the first phase with 40,000 tons/year of ternary precursor production capacity, and the second phase with 110,000 tons/year of ternary precursor production capacity. The project uses nickel-cobalt-molybdenum-vanadium alloy powder, nickel sulfide-cobalt, nickel carbonate miscellaneous materials, cobalt hydroxide, and nickel-cobalt hydroxide as raw materials. It adopts advanced processes including pressure leaching (atmospheric leaching) - purification - extraction - ternary synthesis (evaporation crystallization) to produce ternary precursors, nickel sulfate crystals, and cobalt sulfate crystals. Additionally, the project employs resin adsorption - desorption - precipitation - calcination processes to comprehensively recover valuable metals such as molybdenum and vanadium from nickel-cobalt-molybdenum-vanadium alloy powder.
Jiecheng New Materials Co., Ltd. Annual Processing of 200,000 tons of Retired New Energy Vehicle Power Batteries Comprehensive Utilization Project
The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. The production scale includes annual processing of 200,000 tons of retired automotive power batteries and 21,440 tons of waste lithium iron phosphate battery electrode sheets. The project content covers echelon utilization, battery disassembly lines, as well as nickel, cobalt, manganese and lithium recovery production lines.
Zhejiang Weiming Shengoing 50,000 TPA of High Purity Electrodeposited Nickel and 200,000 TPA and Positive Electrode Materials Project
The project is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It aims to construct a crude nickel hydroxide cobalt refining unit and a high-purity nickel electrolytic deposition unit with an 50,000 TPA of high-purity nickel, 200,000 tons of precursor and positive electrode material by-products as sponge copper, and intermediate products as battery grade nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, manganese sulfate, etc.
Mn Dioxide and Mn Sulfate Project of Guizhounengkuang Mn Group
Located in TongrenDalong Economic Development Zone,Guizhou,The Phase l project is designed to produce 33,000t/a electrolytic Mn dioxide and 60.000ta Mn sulfate.CINF acts as the project EPC contractor, the phaseⅠhas been completed.
